Delivery (Included completely Free)

All our arcade machines are completely bespoke, being crafted and detailed to your individual specification. Therefore, throughout the year the usual lead time is between 2-4 weeks, with the exception of peak seasons such as Christmas.

Once your machine has been dispatched, we use our courier partner DPD to deliver your order with next-day service. For certain machines, such as the Elite and Wallcades, we may use our in-house delivery or pallet services. *Please note that turnaround times may vary during our busiest periods. On Delivery the arcade machine will require some very simple assembly, in the form of dowel joint connections.

Important: Upon delivery, please inspect your machine thoroughly, as signing confirms that it has arrived in good condition and free from damage. In the unlikely event that the machine arrives damaged, refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us for resolution and replacement.
