- Standard Delivery: We have a fixed rate of Β£150 for delivery including up and down flights of stairs and installation (forΒ the majority of our products). Our standard delivery does not include smaller products such as pool cue's etc, smaller items have a free delivery!

Delivery Process:
After your order has been placed and confirmed, we will get to work right away on preparing the delivery of your luxury product. We will confirm you have detailed the correct delivery address and contact information as soon as we receive your order. After thisΒ you can sit back and relax and let us take control!
Prior to dispatching your order we will contact you to let you know the date and time of arrival so you do not miss the big day!Β 
When your delivery arrives you will need to guide the delivery team to the ideal location of choice for your purchase so that the installation process (if applicable) can begin.
When delivery and installation is complete, you mayΒ need to sign to confirm you have received and are happy with your order.

At this current period in time we only deliver to address's in the U.K. however anyone outside of this regionΒ can contact usΒ to inquire about international shipping.

If your pool table or any other order for that matter arrives damaged then contact us immediately and we will fully reimburse your payment or send out a replacement ASAP or in some case's we do both.
- Can I change my delivery address or date?
Of course you can as long as the order is not already on route to the delivery address, just contact us as soon as you know you need to rearrange details about the delivery.
