We have a fixed rate of £150 for delivery including up and down flights of stairs and installation (for the majority of our products). Our standard delivery does not include smaller products such as pool cue's etc, smaller items have a free delivery!

After your order has been placed and confirmed, we will get to work right away on preparing the delivery of your luxury product.

1. We will email you to confirm the correct delivery address and contact information within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this you can sit back, relax and let us take control!
2. Prior to dispatching your order we will give you a call on the number you provided. In this call we endeavour to answer any question you may have, give you an approximate delivery date and gain any information crucial for delivery/installation.
3. On specialist orders you may receive a message from the courier shortly before delivery is due to take place.
4. When your delivery arrives you may need to guide the delivery team to the ideal location of choice for your purchase so that the installation process (if applicable) can begin. This is the case mainly on the larger or bespoke items.
5. When delivery and installation is complete, you will be asked to sign an acceptance of delivery. With this signature you are confirming that you are happy with the condition of the product and the order has been fulfilled appropriately.

Delivery Coverage:

At this current period in time we only deliver to address's in the U.K. however anyone outside of this region can contact us to inquire about international shipping.

To ensure a smooth process, if you are concerned about anything that could affect the delivery or installation of your order then don't hesitate to let us know via email or phone call. this could include tight hall ways/doorways, obstacles or off-limits areas.

What happens if there are delays?

Rest assured we will let you know about any delays that will affect the original stated delivery.

If the item is delivered damaged, we would ask you to refuse delivery and do not sign the delivery acceptance as this may be used by some couriers as evidence it was in a suitable state. If you do not identify the defect before signing, please get in touch immediately and provide a picture of the damage. In this instance all items can be replaced, returned or refunded depending on the specific circumstances. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
