Returns Policy Summary

The Man Cave Essentials Brand was created to bring high quality products to customers across the UK, while providing the best customer service throughout the purchase. However, on the rare occasion where the product is damaged or does not meet your requirements, we will be as accommodating and swift in rectifying this as possible. For further information, please read the specific policies for each product variant. Please note, where there is visible damage to the product, this should be reported to the delivery team on installation. If we are not notified of any aesthetic damage within 24 hours we may not be able to send a replacement. 

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund in the following situations:

  • If you knew an item was faulty when installed and signed for delivery.
  • Damage caused to the product by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it (though you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund in some cases).
  • The item has been bespoke created to your design or specification, including any branding or personalisation.
  • You no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) if you selected this as a variant.

Pool Table Returns Policy

Summary:

Due to the bespoke nature of our pool tables, returns are not accepted. However, you may request changes to your order within one week of placement.

Detailed Policy:

At Man Cave Essentials, we take pride in crafting custom pool tables tailored to your unique specifications and preferences. Each pool table is meticulously handcrafted to meet the highest standards of quality and precision, ensuring a product that is truly one-of-a-kind.

Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every pool table we produce is exclusively designed and built for the individual customer, maintaining the integrity and personalization of our products.

However, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be necessary after an order is placed. Therefore, we offer a one-week window from the date of order placement during which you can request modifications to your order. This may include changes to dimensions, materials, finishes, or other custom features.

To request a change to your order within this one-week period, please contact our customer service team at info@mancaveessentialsltd.com with your order details and the specific modifications you wish to make. Our team will work closely with you to accommodate your requests and ensure your custom pool table meets your exact requirements.

Please note that after the one-week modification period, no further changes can be made to your order, and the production process will proceed based on the final specifications confirmed at that time.

Any noticeable faults on the machine should be reported immediately.

Arcade Machines Returns Policy

Orders Returned to Sender/Undelivered Orders

Orders may be undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses, outdated addresses, or the customer not being present at delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate details or failure to collect from a depot, we will notify you via email or phone, and a re-shipping fee will apply.

Unwanted Goods

You may return a product within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be in 'as new' condition with all packaging and components. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Email info@mancaveessentialsltd.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include a note with your name, address, and order number.

Use a secure delivery method with signature confirmation and adequate insurance, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If the product is not in 'as new' condition, we may reject the refund. Exclusions apply for new arcade machines, personalized products, and custom orders.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, the wrong item, or an item for any other reason that is our fault, contact us at info@mancaveessentialsltd.com within 14 days for a refund, replacement, or repair. Note that some driving simulator games may not function properly without specific steering controls, and this is not considered a fault.

We will provide an RMA and return instructions. Please note, returns cannot be accepted in person at our warehouse.

Refrigeration Returns Policy

We accept returns on nearly all refrigeration products (with some exceptions, detailed on the individual product), given that the following conditions are met:

  1. Restocking and Transport Charges: A 25% restocking and transport fee will apply to all returned items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your return and transporting the item back to our facility.

  2. Item Condition: The item must be unused, not installed, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return.

  3. Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation. Items not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mancaveessentialsltd.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

  3. Shipping Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly. On some specific models, collection will be arranged.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund, minus the 25% restocking and transport fee.

Faulty Goods

All goods must be checked on arrival and any faults or defects must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the date of receipt. All reports of faulty or damaged goods with genuine defects will be rectified or exchanged at the cost of the seller. If we do not hear from you within this period it is assumed that you are happy with the condition of the machine. For any performance faults, please refer to the warranty policy on the individual refrigerator.

Digital Juke Boxes Returns Policy

Warranty Coverage

All our jukeboxes come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise during normal use. If your jukebox experiences any problems within this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns conditions

We will accept returns if the item has not been unboxed, used, or damaged. The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Returns are accepted within 28 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item.

Football Tables Returns Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled in writing prior to despatch however we shall not be bound to accept an order cancellation if we have ordered a bespoke product such as a branded football table on your behalf. We will consider each request on its merits. 

Returns

You can cancel/return your order within 4 days of receipt of the goods (commencing on the day after receipt) provided written confirmation of your intention to return the goods has been received by us and the return mutually agreed. Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of any such agreement. We will refund the original amount of the goods in full within 30 days of receipt at our premises provided they are received back in the original packing and undamaged.

The cost of returning goods that are undamaged, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality and as described shall be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund if the returned goods arrive back damaged or have been altered or used in any way.

Returns do not apply to Branded Football Tables as they are made to order in bespoke designs. These items are non refundable. Your statutory rights do however apply if the goods are received in faulty condition (Refer to below paragraph)

Faulty Goods

Golf Bays Returns Policy

Returns Criteria

  • Timescale: UK Returns are free within 30 days. After 30 days, no refund or exchange is offered.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Include the original order number on the outer packaging.
  • Exclusions: Software purchases with activated licenses/keys cannot be returned or refunded, even within 30 days.
  • Proof Required: Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Shipping for Returns

  • Items should be mailed to the specified return addresses, with an RMA number and receipt copy.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from refunds if applicable.
  • Delivery times for exchanges depend on location.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspecting returned items.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the bank details specified by you.

Exchanges

  • Items are replaced only if defective or damaged, and within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping for defective/damaged items is free within the 30-day window.

Bespoke Bars Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return one of our bars you will need to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. With the exemption of bespoke and personalised bars, the Home Bar should be returned to us within 14 days from the day of the delivery. The Home Bar should be in the exact condition as it was delivered, new, flat pack (or a full bar if it is an indoor bar) and without damage.

Please note the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and we will confirm the address as required.

Once the item is returned to us (Within 14 days) we will complete a thorough inspection, where we will endeavour to conduct a full refund. If signs of damage are evident a reduced refund can be issued.
